It publishes to Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and WordPress, and works from your own Media Library.

Gives you back the hours the inbox takes. It reads and triages email, drafts replies in your voice, sends bulk email, turns photographed business cards into CRM contacts, and imports contact lists straight into GoHighLevel. Talk to it by voice instead of typing.
AI Visibility Manager Pro
Measures whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini recommend you when a customer asks — and who they recommend instead. It's the one Agent with a standing dashboard: a score, a grid of where you appear for each question in each engine, the competitors named in your place, and the sources the engines cited. General Assistant
Several AI models in one place, inside the tool that already knows your business — Claude, GPT and Perplexity without separate subscriptions. Beyond that it has no fixed role: you write its instructions and give it knowledge files, and it behaves accordingly.
What they share
Every Agent has instructions you can edit (written for you at setup), knowledge files you upload, voice input, and review-before-anything-goes-out. Do they know about each other's work?
They share the same memory of your business — your brand details plus what's been learned in past conversations — so you explain the business once. Each has its own tools and its own tuning for its job.
Can the AI Receptionist answer my phone or texts?
Not on a self-serve plan. Self-serve reception is email. Phone, missed-call textback and two-way SMS are done-for-you services our team runs through GoHighLevel.
Can the Receptionist book appointments?
Not yet. Calendar availability and booking are being rebuilt and aren't available on self-serve plans today. Done-for-you customers have booking configured by our team directly in GoHighLevel.
What is the Sagelyn assistant in the sidebar?
Ours, not one you hire. It set up your Brand, answers "how do I" questions about the product, and can raise a support ticket for you. It isn't a fifth employee.
