How do I work with more than one Brand?
Switch Brands from the dropdown at the top of the sidebar — everything in the app follows it. Add another Brand from the Customer page, which starts the same setup you did for the first one.
Switch Brands
- At the top of the sidebar, under Business profile, open the dropdown.
- Pick the Brand. The agent list, Content, Connections, Analytics and Credits & Billing all switch with it.
Add a Brand
- Open the Customer page for the current Brand.
- Choose Create New Business Profile.
- You're taken into the same setup as your first Brand: the assistant reads the site, you confirm the profile, set brand details, and create an Agent.
Each seat on your subscription allows one Brand; if you're at the limit you'll be told at this step.
Edit a Brand's details
On the Customer page, the Profile Details tab holds the business name, contact email, location and status; the Brand Management tab holds logo, colours, voice, services and the words to use and avoid — the same fields as the setup wizard. Connected platforms are listed there too, read-only; connecting and reconnecting happen on the Connections page.
Does each Brand have its own Credits?
Yes. Credits, Connections, Agents and content all belong to the Brand. Switching Brands switches all of them.
How many Brands can I have?
One per seat on your subscription; Starter and Pro include one. You'll be told at the point of adding one if you've reached the limit — get in touch if you run several businesses.
A second location of the same business — one Brand or two?
Two, if it has its own pages and its own posts. A Brand is a marketing presence, not a company. If both locations post the same content to the same pages, keep one.
