How do I write and publish a blog?
Ask the AI Social Media Manager for a blog from the + menu; a full draft opens in an editor. Save it, edit it under Content → Blogs, and publish now or schedule it — it goes live on your connected WordPress site.
Draft one
- In chat with the AI Social Media Manager, click + and choose Blog.
- Give it a topic and send. The draft takes a little longer than a post.
- A draft with a title, excerpt, content, category and featured image opens in an editor panel. Save it.
Edit and save
Under Content → Blogs the drafts sit as cards, filterable by All, Drafts, Scheduled and Published. Open one to edit every field — title, content, category, excerpt, featured image. Save keeps it as a draft; nothing is published until you say so.
Publish or schedule
Publish sends it live to the WordPress site connected to the Brand. Schedule sets a date and time; it publishes within about half an hour of that. Cancel on a scheduled blog returns it to Draft. Both need a WordPress site connected — see Connect your platforms.
Is this on Starter?
No. Blog writing and publishing are Pro.
Publish is blocked. Why?
There's no WordPress site connected to the Brand. Connect one from Connections and try again — the draft is still saved.
I scheduled a blog and it hasn't gone out at the exact minute.
Scheduled blogs publish within about thirty minutes of the time you set; the scheduler runs in half-hour cycles. If you need it live at a precise moment, use Publish.
Can I un-schedule one?
Yes — Cancel returns it to Draft. If you cancel at the exact moment it's being published you'll see a conflict message rather than a silent failure; check the site.
