What is the Media Library?
Every image and video the Brand has — uploaded by you or generated by an Agent — in one place. Upload here, pick from here on any post or in chat, and delete what you don't need.
Upload
Open Media Library in the sidebar and choose Upload. Select one file or many. Generated images and videos arrive here on their own.
Browse and preview
Switch between the Images and Videos tabs; twelve items per page. Click a thumbnail for a larger preview with who uploaded it, when, its resolution and file size — and a Delete button, which asks you to confirm.
Use media
On any post under Content, the photo-library icon swaps in an existing image or video without a new upload. In chat, + → My Library attaches it. For a video, Prepare for social takes it straight into a new post.
What can I upload?
PNG, JPEG, GIF and WebP images; MP4, MOV and WebM videos. Several at once. Anything else is refused before it uploads.
If I remove media from a post, is it deleted?
No. Removing it from a post leaves it in the library. Deleting from the library's preview is what removes it for good.
Can the Agents see what's in here?
Yes. The AI Social Media Manager works from your library, and you can attach anything in it from the + menu with My Library.
