How do I turn a business card into a contact?
Photograph the card. In chat, choose + → Scan Business Card and upload the photo; the name, email, phone, company, title and website are read for you and land in a review card you can import to GoHighLevel. There's also a public scanner at sagelyn.ai/card-to-crm that needs no login.
In chat
- Take a clear photo of the card.
- In chat, click + and choose Scan Business Card; upload the photo.
- The details appear in a review card. Check them, then Import to add the contact to GoHighLevel — the same review step as importing a list.
The public scanner
sagelyn.ai/card-to-crm does the extraction for anyone, without signing in — handy to hand to someone at an event. It shows the fields it read; copying them somewhere is up to you. Importing to a CRM is the in-chat version.
How accurate is it?
Good on clear, well-lit photos of standard cards; check the fields before you import, especially phone numbers and unusual email domains. It reads what's printed; it can't fix a blurry photo.
What's the difference between the page and the chat?
The public page at sagelyn.ai/card-to-crm extracts the details for anyone, no account needed. In chat, the same scan feeds straight into the contact review card, so you can import to GoHighLevel in one go.
