How do I top up Credits or turn on auto-refill?

Credits & Billing in the app. Pick a top-up amount — $15, $30, $50, $100, $250 or $500 — and pay through Stripe; the balance updates when you're back. Or turn on Auto-Refill so a preset amount is charged whenever the balance runs low.

Top up once

  1. Open Credits & Billing for the Brand.
  2. Choose an amount: $15, $30, $50, $100, $250 or $500.
  3. Pay on the Stripe page that opens. You're returned to Credits & Billing with the balance increased.

Auto-refill

Turn Auto-Refill on and pick the amount to charge. When the balance runs low, that amount is charged to your card and added to the top-up balance, so an Agent never stops mid-task for want of Credits. Turn it off the same way; the setting sticks either way.

What else is on the page

The current balance, a low balance warning when it's under $2, and a seats bar showing how many people have access to the Brand against the plan's limit. For the plan itself — upgrading or cancelling — see Change or cancel your plan.

Questions

What's the smallest top-up?

$15.

When does auto-refill charge?

When the Brand's balance drops below the low-balance threshold. It charges the amount you chose to the card on file and adds it to your top-up balance.

Do top-up Credits expire at the end of the month?

No. Only the plan's monthly Credits reset. Top-ups stay until spent.

The page shows a low balance warning.

The balance is under $2. Agents can still work until it hits zero; top up or turn on auto-refill so a busy day doesn't stop mid-task.
