How do I read my post analytics?
Analytics in the sidebar, Social Posts tab: totals for a date range and a per-post table with impressions, reach, likes, comments, shares and video views, each linking to the live post. Numbers are collected every Monday, so they're weekly, not live.
Read the numbers
Open Analytics in the sidebar; the Social Posts tab is the first one. Set the date range at the top right. The summary shows totals across everything published in that range; the table beneath lists each post with its platform and metrics, filterable by platform, with a link to the original post.
When they update
Every Monday at 06:00 UTC, automatically. The panel shows when data was last updated. To pull sooner, choose a specific platform in the filter and press Collect Data; fresh numbers appear after the collection finishes, usually within a few minutes.
Which platforms report
- Facebook, Instagram and YouTube — fully available.
- LinkedIn — company Page posts only; personal-profile posts don't report.
The second tab, AI Visibility, is a different report entirely — whether AI engines recommend you. See Run a check and read the dashboard.
Yesterday's post shows nothing. Is something broken?
No — analytics are collected automatically every Monday at 06:00 UTC. A post from yesterday is counted on the next Monday. Pick a specific platform and use Collect Data to pull sooner.
Why is LinkedIn missing some posts?
LinkedIn provides analytics for company Page posts only, not personal-profile posts. Those publish fine but don't report.
Do Facebook posts report?
Yes — Facebook, Instagram and YouTube all report in full; LinkedIn for company Pages only. Video views on Facebook count only for videos and Reels, not photo posts.
